Analysis Spreadsheet, Student Reports, & Class Reports

First, open one of the following Excel files (a sample report or the blank template):

You will only be able to fill in the "lighter" cells of the spreadsheet.  The rest of the spreadsheet is protected (but without password for advanced users wishing to modify). Type in your class roster, most recent GHSGT scores, and the results from the most current diagnostic GHSGT Test in the appropriate cells (including the percentages scored on each of the domains).

After you have finished typing in the results, click on the various tabs at the bottom to see individual student reports as well as class results. Students are usually EXTREMELY motivated when their individual progress is plotted in a chart. It is recommended that you print each student a copy of their report after each diagnostic test.
