In the event that you do not have access to a machine that grades scan-tron forms, you can create a quick grade sheet using a single hole punch as shown below.
However, you may not be able to reach all of the necessary answers to punch a hole and you may need to make a temporary cut as shown below. This will help you reach the necessary places to punch a hole.
Finally, tape any additional cuts that were made. Place the hole punched key on top of the student answer sheet and highlight missed test items.
